Fitness for Body and Mind

As performing artists we, like athletes, depend on maintaining a healthy body. The essential components of fitness are strength, endurance, stability, flexibility and balance. Improving and maintaining each component involves developing both awareness and experience of each of these components then properly incorporating them into your daily schedule.
This class introduces you to the essentials of fitness and provides you with exercises you can use to develop your own personal fitness regimen.
